im trying start game using launcher but it didnt work, game just not open.... need vpn to play or some thing like this?

Have you tried starting the game with AikaEn.exe?

Do you see the launcher window when you click AikaLauncher.exe?

when i use aikaen.exe it say me use launcher
, when i start launcher i see the window, but after press "start" nothing happem

Try installing DirectX-> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
Also, try running the game as administrator and set the screen resolution to "Desktop Resolution".
Does it say Ready to start. [version 21] when launcher opens up?

Can you see the process started in task manager?
Only other solution that could possibly help is to update graphics driver or changing compatibility mode to win 7.
It would be good if someone who had similar problem shared another possible solution.

Abro o gerenciador e o processo do cliente nem aparece abrindo eu executo como administrador e no win 7 compatibilidade mas nada abrindo

Você pode ver o processo iniciado no gerenciador de tarefas?
Apenas outra solução que poderia ajudar é atualizar o driver gráfico ou alterar o modo de compatibilidade para win 7.
Seria bom se alguém que tivesse um problema semelhante compartilhasse outra solução possível.

um amigo meu teve problema para iniciar o jogo atraves do launcher !!!! provavelmente e mesmo problema dele, so RESOLVEU depois q ele instalou VPN

Hello,

These kind of errors are typically related to issues with your anti-virus mistakenly quarantining the game files.
The files are all completely safe to download, but windows defender tends to flag them as suspicious.

If the below solution doesn't work for you, I encourage you guys to join the discord and ask the community for advice. Or send a message to Fireheat which will open a support ticket to the GMs so that we can assist you.
