If you're issue hasn't been resolved already, here's where you can reset your PIN:
Click this option then relog your account, and enter a new PIN

Okay I've just attempted to do it manually and there are no characters on this account.
Do you remember the last time you were able to successfully log in?
And was it the Aika Reborn server, or Aika Vanilla?
The Reborn server was closed on October 2021 and replaced with the current Vanilla server - Any in game assets from Reborn such as characters/items/titles etc. were wiped. I have a suspicion this may be the case for you.
