New Player Reward Box

I am new player, i read about rewards box.
But I cant find it on my character. How do I get it?

I think that there are no reward boxes on new server, at least not anymore.

basicly this is private server but feels like a official game?. im new player but dint get any EQ for beginning.

did you know how to get good EQ for beginner?. the truth is hard for me to level up, even from Quest, there's some monster to powerfull for me (warlock) to beat them up. am i spoiled? yes, cuz im playing this game from HelNet who get EQ from beginning. did you have some advice for me? not only me, maybe for anyone else who play this game at first time
