Hello!
Lots of people asking me the same questions on support recently about problems with their client. So I thought I'd make a thread of common issues that will hopefully help!
Incorrect Password
Two programs called vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.86.ece are in your Aika folder. Install the relevant one - or just do both.
ID is suspended
You may not have verified your account. Check your email including the spam/junk folder and be patient - it can take some time.
Can't choose PvP or PvE
You need to patch your client and make sure you have no added modifications. - Run through Aikalauncher.exe
Can't open setting.text
Make sure your client folder isn't read only.
Cannot get information from server / Too many users (sometimes)
Your firewall is blocking you! Whitelist Aika.
Problems with files disappearing
Set Aika on your antivirus as an exception. Some anti-viruses like to delete parts of the client.
ANY ISSUES WITH PAYMENTS
Contact paymentwall, by clicking the help button above where you bought the dpoints.
I'll try to add things to this list as we find more fixes! Please let me know if you've had any issues and you could help others with theirs.

1.Você pode estar digitando sua senha de maneira incorreta.
2.Sua senha pode ser longa demais - ela funcionará no fórum mas não no jogo.
Dll faltando no computador
Na pasta do Aika existem dois programas chamados: vc_redist.x64.exe e vc_redist.86.ece. Instale o mais relevante para seu sistema - ou apenas instale os dois.

Você talvez não tenha confirmado sua conta ainda. Confira seu email incluindo as pastas de spam/lixo e seja paciente - talvez possa demorar um pouco.
Não consigo escolher o server PvP ou PvE
Você precisa atualizar seu client e ter certeza que você não tenho adicionado nada modificado em sua pasta. Abra pelo Aikalauncher.exe
Não consigo abrir o arquivo setting.text
Tenha certeza que a pasta do seu client não esteja no modo "apenas leitura".

Seu firewall está bloqueando o jogo. Adicione o Aika na lista branca.
Problemas com arquivos desaparecendo
Coloque o Aika como exceção no seu antívirus. Alguns antivírus costumam deletar partes do client.

Entre em contato com o Paymentwall, ao clicar no botão de ajuda na parte de cima de onde você comprou os dpoints.
