Aitan Training grounds

I used to play aika years ago, and then quit for years, i was playing again for a short time before the servers were shut down. and found a cool thing called "Aitan Training Grounds" i was wondering if this was removed or possibly i forgot how to activate it.
If anyone has info on this, I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Yes, I remember it well. Unfortunately the training grounds are not included in this server.
